Tom Wilson was the head of Security & Policy Enforcement for one of the largest privately-held ISP's in the United States, responsible for investigating the abusive actions of over 400,000 hosts. He has worked with major Anti-Spam organizations, Law Enforcement, Industry Associations and Attorneys to help track down and stop Cyber Criminals.
